How to re-send an invitation to a parent

On The Mobile App:


Tap on the child photo at the top of the screen, then tap on the envelope on the right of the parent email address. 

 

On the Web App:


Go to Settings > Childcare Settings > Parents, then click on the envelope button at the right of the parent email address.


If there is no envelope button, it means the parent has already created an account with that email address, so no further invitation is needed.
