You have the ability to be notified of certain actions taken in Parent Billing. 

Actions include: 

  1. A payment has been received via your online payments link
  2. A refund has been processed
  3. A transaction has failed
  4. A scheduled payment has processed
  5. A card present payment has processed (if applicable)

 

You can also receive weekly summaries every Saturday. 

 

To set up automated reminders, follow the steps below:

  1. Select Settings from the main toolbar
  2. Select Notifications
  3. Select the actions that you would like to be notified of when completed
  4. Enter the email address(es) that should receive the notifications
  5. Select Save
