Integration with Kinder Connect

The KinderConnect integration makes it easier for you to share attendance data with your KinderConnect account by utilizing the check-in data already entered through Daily Connect. This removes the need for manual entry of student attendance times and reduces the chances of data entry errors.


Initial Setup


To begin, coordinate with the KinderConnect support team in order to obtain your integration credentials. You’ll need to request your credentials to KinderConnect customer service and ask to enable the API and for your unique customer ID and group password. With that information, you can integrate KinderConnect with Daily Connect.

Step 1: Setup KinderConnect Integration in Daily Connect


Once you’ve obtained your KinderConnect ID, log into your Daily Connect account on the web


Click on the Parent Billing Tab at the top


Select Settings


Click on the Integrations tab


Select your state from the State Agency dropdown


Enter the ProviderID and Provider Password given to you by KinderConnect






Step 2: Map KinderConnect Student with Daily Connect


After setting up the school, the next step is to map KinderConnect students with Daily Connect profiles.





3. Send KinderConnect report in Daily Connect.

You are now prepared to generate the attendance report within Daily Connect. This report will enable you to transfer your time and attendance information to your KinderConnect account. Following the integration, you will see a new tab at the top labeled "Kinder Connect."





Troubleshooting the attendance


You may have missing time entries and will be alerted by the system. You can edit them by clicking on the row and adding the missing times.
