The attendance forecast report shows the planned attendance in each classroom for the upcoming weeks and months. It also shows scheduled classroom changes, new starting children, and children leaving.
This report allows you to plan staffing, but also waitlist and enrollment.
The report is based on the data from the Schedule page of children:
- Schedule Start /End date
- Weekly Schedule
- Absences & Vacations
- Classroom Changes and Classroom Changes Rules
The report shows the number of children schedule each day of the week, this is the 'Total' row at the bottom of the report.
Highlighted rows indicate a change for the child. It can be a new child starting (Start: ), a child leaving (End: ), or a child changing classroom (Up: ).
Monthly (Weekly group) report
An alternate version of the report can be accessed when choosing the 'Monthly (Weekly group)' period. This report shows attendance for a specific day if the child is present at least once during the month for this day. For instance, if Dylan is here the 2nd and 3rd Monday of the month but not the first and 4th Monday, then the report will show attendance for Monday for Dylan. It means that this Monday spot is not available this month for another child.
This report allows to quickly view which spots are available and eventually enroll a new child for those days.
The Attendance Forecast report is only available to Professional+ subscriptions.
