Active children
is saved to theirFor Professional+ subscriptions, the bill is calculated each month based on the number of unique active children during the billing period. A child is considered active if at least one entry was saved on its profile during the billing period. A child is not counted if there is no activity for the child, even if the profile is still on the account and not marked as inactive.
The invoice is not strictly linked to the active/inactive status of the child on the date of the invoice. For instance, if the invoice is dated August 1st, it will be calculated based on activity between June 30th and July 31st. If an entry has been saved for a child on July 1st, and the child is marked as inactive in the application, the app will still count the child for the August invoice (because of the 7/1 entry).
If a child is marked as inactive during the whole billing period, then no entry can be saved for the profile, and the child will not be counted for the invoice. If the child is marked as active, but not entry was saved during the billing period, then the child will not be counted for the invoice.
Unique children
The system automatically counts the number of unique active children for the invoice based on the maximum daily occupation. For instance, if there are 15 children on Mondays, and 10 different children on Tuesdays, the app will count 15 children for the invoice.
