As a parent, you can communicate directly with your child’s teacher. This is especially useful if your child is absent from the care facility, if you would like to check up on your child, or if you would like to inform the teacher of any significant developments.
Follow the instructions below to send a message to a teacher using the web app.
On your homepage, select the Message entry icon.
Enter the message you would like to send. Select Save.
If you have more than one child, make sure you’ve selected the appropriate child.
The message will be saved on your child’s timeline, and their teacher will receive a notification.
