This feature allows you, the administrator, to upload forms and documents that will be accessible to parents at any time. All parents will be able to access those forms and documents via their web or mobile app.
Examples of documents that you can upload here include policy handbooks, transportation forms, field trip permissions, immunization forms, etc.
Follow the steps below to upload forms and documents using the web app
Go to Rooms, scroll down and select Forms & Documents.
Or, go to Settings > Childcare Settings > Forms & Documents.
Before uploading documents, you can create folders in which these documents will be saved.
To create a folder, select Create Folder.
Enter a name and description for the folder then select Save.
Next, Select Upload Document.
Enter the document’s title, description and a folder in which it should be saved.
Upload the document and select Save.
NOTE: Forms and documents can also be sent as attachments in messages to parents by going to Settings > Childcare Settings > Send to parents. This is useful in reminding parents to sign forms and will appear on the child’s timeline
