A photo report shows the number of photos uploaded for each child. Using this feature can serve as a reminder to you to send each parent photos of their child on a regular basis as well as increase your engagement with parents. By keeping track of such records, you’ll be able to see how often you send parents photos of their children.
Follow the steps below to view photo reports
Navigate to Setting > Childcare Settings > Photo Report.
Select the classroom(s) and period (a specific day or week) for which to display a report.
Indicate whether only active and/or inactive profiles should be included in the report.
The photo report will be displayed in the form of a table with names and a photo count.
You can print the report by selecting Print.
