A photo report shows the number of photos you uploaded for each child in your classroom.
Using this feature can serve as a reminder to you to send each parent photos of their child on a regular basis as well as increase your engagement with parents. By keeping track of such records, you’ll be able to see how often you send parents photos of their children.
Follow the steps below to view photo reports
Navigate to Setting > Childcare Settings > Photo Report.
Select the facility, period (daily or weekly), and date(s) for which to display a report.
The photo report will be displayed in the form of a table with names of the children in your classroom and a photo count.
You can print the report by selecting Print.
