You can create profiles for children attending your facility after registering a Daily Connect account for your care facility and adding administrators.
Children will be directly linked to parents, allowing parents to monitor from afar through their parent accounts.
Follow the instructions below to add a child profile using the app on an iPad:
On the Daily Connect iPad app, go to Menu > Your Children.
Or go to Menu > Settings > Children Profiles.
Select the room to which the child will be added.
Tap Add Child.
Enter the child's details, i.e., Photo, Child Name, Gender, Birthday, Due Date, Blood Type, Allergies, and Notes.
Then, select Create child profile.
Enter the email address of the child's parent/caregiver and check the Send an invitation to join Daily Connect box to send an invitation to the new parent/caregiver immediately.
Or, select Skip this step to add the parent email at a later stage.
If the option Send an invitation to join Daily Connect is not checked, no invitation email is sent. A green Invite button will appear next to the parent or caregiver’s name on the Parents page.
You can also select Skip this step to enter the parent or caregiver’s details at a later stage.
Select Add Parent / Caregiver.
