A Family subscription is designed for nannies and babysitters with a maximum of 3 children under their care. A Family+ subscription has a maximum of 6 children. A Professional+ subscription is designed for any business with more than 3 children: home daycares, childcare centers, multi-location organizations, preschools, and camps.


A Family subscription has a 7-day free trial, and a Professional+ subscription has a 14-day free trial.


A Family subscription has a fixed monthly price ($4.99 for the US). Subscriptions can only be done via the iOS AppStore or via Google Play Store.

How to switch from a Family to a Professional+ plan:

Family Subscriptions are handled by Apple/Google, not by us. You need to manually stop the Family subscription on your phone before starting a Professional+ plan. See  https://support.apple.com/HT202039 (Apple AppStore) or https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481 (GooglePlay Store) for instructions on how to cancel your subscription. Once your Family Subscription is canceled, go to Settings > Billing/Subscription plan on the Daily Connect website to start your Professional+ subscription.


How to switch from Professional+ to a Family subscription:

Go to Settings > Account Info > Subscription on your mobile app to switch to a Family or Family+ subscription.
