How to Create a Product on the Store

The Store feature in Daily Connect allows you to create a customizable enrollment page that you can share with families or prospective clients. You can easily share the link directly or embed it on your website, making it simple for parents to view your programs and register online. This streamlines the enrollment process by collecting all relevant information in one place, reducing administrative work and helping you manage registrations more efficiently—all within the Daily Connect platform.


Before getting started you need to have an Admission Form Created


1. Log in to the web App www.dailyconnect.com




2.  Click on enrollment.



3. Click on "Store"


4. And add your first product by clicking "+ New product".


5. Enter the name and description.




6. You can enter a product code. You should enter the number of Spots available.


If you enter a price or check the box to collect payment information you should have the Online Parent Billing feature activated. (Only for US based customers)




17. We suggest adding an image to your product to make your store more branded.







7. Choose whether the event is recurring or not.

 

For example, if it's for enrolling in your Toddler group, it shouldn't be marked as a recurring event. However, if you're hosting a weekly Summer Camp or Music Class, then you should create a recurring event. Specify the frequency of repetition and its duration.



In this example is a repetitive event that is everyday during 5 days. So Parents can select a program for the day.




8. Select the date will start available and when it ends.


9. Select how many days in advance they can enroll in your program.




10. In this section, you can add a variant, like an option with lunch, transportation, etc.




11. In this section, you will assign the forms that parents need to fill out and the contract.

At least one Admission form should be selected



12. In this section, you will choose whether to auto-approve applications or approve them manually.

 

For auto-approval, applications will be automatically approved, and the registrants will be assigned to a room.


Select when you want the parents to receive an invite to download and create their account on Daily Connect.


The next step, is decide whether you want to create a new room per session or assign the registrants accepted into a specific room that you previously created.



13. Select when you want the child to show up in your room.





14. Finally, Save and Set as Active.
