How to record staff absences

As an administrator, you can add your staff’s absences from the web platform of the center you manage.



Log in to your administrator account and click on Staff



Select the staff member for whom you want to add an absence and click on it:




Go to Time cards


 

Go to the bottom of the page and select Add absence.


Fill all the information: day, time, reason and also you can add notes if you want, save absence:




You can now see the absence registered in the time card:



You can also add an absence in Staff > Schedule > Absence & vacations > Add absence
