A sign-in survey report is compiled using responses to questions asked to parents in Sign-surveys, each when they sign-in their child via the application.
Follow the instructions below to view a sign-in survey report
Go to Settings > Childcare Settings > Sign-in Survey Report.
Select View by Date and Child to display each date then each child and their response to each question.
Or, select View by Question and Date to view each question then each date and the responses given on that date.
To print the report select Print.
NOTE: To view the results of manually sent On and Off Surveys, navigate to Settings > Childcare Settings > Surveys then select View Results. You can also edit Sign-in surveys here.
