How to disable a late payment fee for a parent

We understand that you may have parents who you don't want to charge a late payment fee. You can now disable the late payment fee for those parents by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to the Web App.

2. Go to Parent Billing.

3. Click on the Parents tab.

4. Select the parent you want to disable the late fee for.

5. Click on the three dots and disable the late fee.
