New ‘Teacher (Multi Site)’ Role

If you have several locations, you can have staff with the teacher role having access to several different locations from the same account, and not just be limited to one location.


Pin Code and Schedule for Administrators

  • If you have several locations, an administrator’s pin code can be used to sign-in/out at any location

  • Schedule can now be set for administrators, with support for scheduling at multiple locations.

We've made enrollment more intuitive and efficient:


  • New System Questions: Added 'Desired Start Date' field for better enrollment planning. This can be used when a prospect submits a form and is then added to a lead or to the waitlist.

  • Flexible Form Deadlines: New option to remove the 30-minute deadline for form completion

  • Operational Accuracy: Store enrollment now only shows your center's actual operating days (Learn how to set operation days)

  • Application History: Review past applications through Store > Application List > Past (By Date) – Sort by Session Date in Descending Order



Smarter Family Information Management

  • Document Tracking: View upload dates, modification history, and user details for all child documents with improved sorting options

  • Individual Attendance Reports: Access detailed attendance data directly from each child's profile

 



? Other Enhancements

  • Custom Center Email: Set your center's branded email address for all parent communications. Manage your email in the Childcare Settings > Information page.

  • Parent Photo Access: Parents can easily access their photos in the application via the Browse Photo menu option accessible at the top-right of the home page.

  • Streamlined Kiosk: Simplified sign-in process with optional note boxes for PIN-only users
