  • Detailed Menu Report: Easily track attendance and meal servings with the new Detailed Menu Report—perfect for simplifying CACFP reporting.


  • Children Roster Report: Customize the Children Roster Report with the columns that matter most to you, right from the Rooms Management > Children page. Export your report anytime as a CSV or PDF for quick sharing and record-keeping.



? Security Enhancements: More Control, Better Protection


  • Sign-In Kiosk Control: Limit access to the sign-in kiosk feature by device type—now you can allow only administrator devices while restricting classroom or teacher devices, adding an extra layer of security.

  • Room Transfers: Prevent unauthorized room changes with a new security setting that gives you tighter control over who can move children between rooms.


You can enable both options in the Childcare Settings > Security page.


? Simplified Billing: Faster Payments, Less Manual Processes


  • Credit Deposits: Apply deposits as credits toward future invoices with just a few clicks—no more manual adjustments.

  • Attendance-Based Billing: New smart tags like <CURRENT_INVOICE_MONTH>, <CURRENT_INVOICE_MONTH-1>, and <CURRENT_INVOICE_MONTH+1> make it easier to generate accurate, automated invoices every month.


  • Faster Payment Times: With our new Express solution, we now offer next-day credit card payments and two-day ACH payments. Contact us if you’re interested in upgrading. 


? Immunization Updates: Smarter Tracking, Faster Access


  • Age-Based Recommendations: Daily Connect now recommends the most relevant immunizations based on each child’s age, helping you stay compliant and organized.

  • Quick Access to Documents: Open immunization documents directly from the report: no hunting for files. 

? Easier Enrollment & Smarter Child Info Management


  • Custom Fields: Create your own fields and sections for children and parents—perfect for collecting the exact information your center needs, right from the enrollment form.


  • Individual Files for Forms: Enrollment forms are now saved as separate files, making them easier to find, manage, and share.


  • Smarter Address & Phone Fields: Formatted input fields help prevent errors by automatically flagging incomplete or incorrectly formatted addresses and phone numbers. Available on Children and Staff info pages and in Enrollment Forms.


? App Enhancements: More Access, Right from the App


  • Quick Attendance Access: A new attendance button on the Admin Home page (tablet view) lets you check in faster—no more digging through menus.

  • ‘My Time Cards’ for Staff: Staff can now view their own time cards directly in the mobile app. Enable this feature in the Childcare Settings > Security page. 


? New Scheduling Feature: Smarter Rosters, Less Manual Work


We’re gradually rolling out a new scheduling tool designed to make roster management faster and more flexible. It’ll be available on your account soon!


Here’s what you’ll be able to do:


  • Create custom schedule templates, like half-day or rotating schedules.

  • Assign schedules to multiple children in just a few clicks.

  • View rosters and forecast attendance for better planning and staff allocation.
