When editing a child's profile on the web application, you can uncheck the 'Photo Release' option. In this case, a strikeout camera indicator will be displayed on top of the child's photo in the classroom management section of the application. This will be shown for all teachers using the iPhone, Android, iPad or web application. It will not be shown to parents.
To Edit a child profile:
1. Go to Childcare Settings
2. Click on Children, then click on the child's name in the list.
3. Now uncheck the Photo Release option

Pinned Text
Children with a pinned text will be shown with a red pin indicator, when selecting the child, the text is clearly shown in the application. This message is only shown to childcare staff, not to parents. This can be used for important notes, important medical information, or sign-out instructions.
